- Any addition, deletion, or change to content made in a deliberate attempt to compromise the integrity of the Thermal-FluidsPedia is considered as vandalism and it is inappropriate behavior. The contributors who committed vandalism will lose the privilege to post or edit any articles.
Neutral point of view
- All Thermal-FluidsPedia articles must be written from a neutral point of view, representing fairly and accurately, and as far as possible without bias. This is non-negotiable and expected of all articles, and of all article editors. For this reason, you should not post anything to promote yourself, service and product of your company or organization.
No original research/invention
- Thermal-FluidsPedia does not publish original research that includes unpublished facts, arguments, speculation, and ideas; and any unpublished analysis or synthesis of published material that serves to advance a position. You should published your original research in a peer-reviewed journal (such as Thermal-Fluids Central e-Journals) first before it can be published in Thermal-FluidsPedia. To demonstrate that you are not presenting original research, you must cite reliable sources that are directly related to the topic of the article, and that directly support the information as it is presented.

All articles must be verifiable
- Thermal-FluidsPedia is making every effort to ensure the accuracy of its articles. The editors are encouraged to cite the original source of the references or links in their articles. Any material that is not supported by reputable source may be challenged and removed.
Resolution of disagreement
- If you do not agree with a change that another editor made on an article that you originally posted, please avoid to get into the situation of changing back-and-forth continuously. You should use the discussion tab or email to discuss with the editor who made the change. Once we reach to a collective agreement, we expect all parties abide to the agreement.
