Direct contact evaporation
From Thermal-FluidsPedia
Direct contact evaporation processes are the most effective cooling strategies when the coolant is mixed with the medium it will cool. Since direct contact evaporation requires no container to separate the coolant from the medium to be cooled, there are no corresponding thermal resistances.
